These general conditions of sale govern all relations between the customer and the e-commerce site www.babouchebarok.ma represented by the company Barok Artisanat du Maroc, located at Office No. 28, 4 th floor Office Assafae Rte de Sefrou Av Moulay Rachid Fez Morocco, RC 64685, IF47277909. They act as a contract. Any order placed on this site assumes the customer’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.
These conditions are likely to be modified, however each user is concerned only by the conditions in force at the time of his order.
The validation of an order constitutes an electronic signature from the user by which he commits himself to respect all the general conditions of sale. This contract is a distance contract whose purpose is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products of the company Barok Crafts of Morocco, on the Internet, through the platform of the Centre Monétique Interbancaire.
All disputes that may arise in connection with the execution or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions of Sale will be the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Fez.
The prices displayed on www.babouchebarok.ma are inclusive of all taxes.
The total price to be paid is clearly displayed during the final phase of the purchase process, the user validates his order only after having taken knowledge of the total amount to be paid.
The prices in force are those displayed on babouchebarok.ma at the time of the order, the customer is not concerned by any promotion, offer or discount before or after his purchase.
The product offers proposed on www.babouchebarok.ma are valid only within the limits of available stock.
If one of the ordered products is not available, the customer will receive an e-mail informing him either of the change of the delivery period, or of the cancellation of the order and consequently of its refunding.
It should be noted that the unavailability of a product does not in any case the Barok Craft of Morocco to pay compensation to the customer, the latter will receive only the refund of the amount he paid.
Time and cost of delivery:
Barok Artisanat du Maroc provides delivery to its customers at the address specified in their order. The time of this delivery depends on the availability of products, the method of payment chosen, and the type of delivery that the user has selected.
Barok slippers are made to order by our Master Craftsmen in the imperial city of Fez in Morocco. It takes 3 days to make your babouche.
The delivery in Morocco is done via Amana. It takes 7 working days between the making and the delivery.
The delivery is done worldwide by DHL. The delivery time varies between 10 days and 30 days depending on the destination.
The delivery time is calculated in working days, however it remains indicative and can not give rise to claims from the customer if the delay from the date of delivery supposed is less than 7 days. Beyond this period (delivery time + 7 days) the customer can ask for the cancellation of his order.
The delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is validated, i.e. after receipt of payment and not before. If the customer has decided to cancel the order due to a delay in delivery that exceeds the above-mentioned deadlines, the customer will be reimbursed.
The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the products purchased, the total amount of the order and the type of delivery the user has chosen. This amount is clearly displayed on the buyer’s invoice.
For Morocco, the delivery is free.
For the International, the applied expenses are those practiced by the company DHL to support the Craft industry of Morocco.
At the time of receipt of the goods, the customer is required to check the products he has purchased and report any damage or non-conformity found through a claim sent by mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours.
When purchasing a Barok slippers, you benefit from the « satisfied or refunded » service 14 days after receiving your order.
Refund or exchange of items already worn is not supported.
Shipping costs are at the customer’s expense in case of refund or exchange.
In case of exchange, the customer must return the new product in its original condition to the company Barok Artisanat du Maroc.
In Morocco, the customer has three modes of payment to pay for purchases: payment by credit card, bank transfer, and payment on delivery.
These three methods of payment are governed by Moroccan laws and any attempt at fraud is severely punished by the laws in force.
Internationally, the customer has only one method of payment: payment by credit card.
In the case of payment by credit card, the transaction for debit of your account is made in the day following the date of the delivery confirmation.
Your multi-channel payments are secured by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI) which offers a fully secure payment service. The Consumer guarantees the Company Barok Crafts of Morocco that he has the necessary permissions to use the method of payment chosen by him, when validating his order.
In case of payment by credit card, the provisions relating to the fraudulent use of the means of payment provided in the agreements between the Consumer and the issuer of the card between the Company Barok Artisanat du Maroc and its banking institution apply.
This payment can be made by a Moroccan or foreign bank card. The user’s personal data are encrypted during the transaction on the CMI platform to ensure the strictest confidentiality.
The client is therefore required to communicate sincere and true information, any false information is considered fraudulent and could result in the cancellation of the order and be subject to legal proceedings. Furthermore, the customer guarantees to the site that he/she has the necessary authorizations to use this method of payment.
The system of payment by bank card is certified by the CMI, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and all Moroccan banks.
In case of payment by credit card, the customer may be asked for supporting documents in order to verify his identity and to prevent any attempt of fraud.
The payment by bank transfer does not allow to reserve the products. The order is validated only after reception of the payment. Beyond a period of 15 days, if the company Barok Artisanat du Maroc does not receive a transfer to the following account: (RIB: XXXXXXXXXX -Bank of Africa), the order is cancelled. The customer should take into consideration that a bank transfer requires at least 48 hours for the money to be transferred from one account to another.
For practical reasons, the user will have to indicate the order number as a reference for the transfer. The validation of an order paid by bank transfer is done only after reception of the latter.
Any order with payment on delivery is carefully checked by the fraud control department of the company Barok Crafts of Morocco. This requires time to process before validation. Once validated, it is sent to the customer who must imperatively pay the amount of his purchases in cash to the factor. In case of refusal of payment
from the customer, the company reserves the right to sue.
This method of payment is not applicable to all orders but only to certain products and for amounts not exceeding 6,000.00 (Six Thousand) DH TTC for the entire order.
Proof of transactions paid by credit card:
The data recorded by the CMI on the Multi-channel payment platform on behalf of the company Barok Crafts of Morocco constitute proof of all commercial transactions between the customer and the company Barok Crafts of Morocco on www.babouchebarok.ma.
Right of withdrawal:
By law, the customer has a withdrawal period of 7 days from the day of receipt of the package. To this end, each customer is required to notify us by email the same day the date of receipt of the package, if necessary, we will consider that it was received 2 days after the date of shipment.
When the seven-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
However, this right of withdrawal is subject to certain conditions:
– The product must not have been used. It must be intact as it was sent, otherwise it is not refundable.
– The shipping and return costs are at the customer’s expense.
– In the case of payment by credit card, a processing fee of up to 2.5% of the amount of the order will be charged. The refund is made within a maximum of 15 days.

Any attempt to reproduce is considered illegal and fraudulent, it would therefore be subject to prosecution.
Force majeure :
The company Barok Artisanat du Morocco is held for the performance of its obligations only insofar as no event of force majeure does not impede them.
